Bantwal, June 18, 2025 : On June 8, ICYM Bantwal Deanery's Annual General Meeting and Election were held at Infant Jesus Modankap School Hall at 4:00 pm. The meeting began with a prayer followed by a devotional song sung by Primal Pinto Allipade and Sneha Gomes Thodambila. Prem Jeethan Pinto read a gospel reflection, and Fr. Robert D'Souza shared insightful thoughts on the gospel.

Arrol Sequeira, President of ICYM Bantwal Deanery, extended a warm welcome to the guests :
Fr. Robert D'Souza Director , Winston Sequeira President of ICYM Mangalore Diocese ,Ashlin D'Souza Secretary of ICYM Mangalore Diocese and Elvin D'cunha Representative of ICYM Bantwal Deanery.
He also greeted the executive committee members, unit presidents, secretaries, and all ICYM members present.

Melroy D'Souza Secretary, presented the annual report which was well-received by everyone.
Renita Cardoza Treasurer, presented the year's financial report detailing income and expenses.
Fr. Robert delivered an inspiring talk encouraging and appreciating the service of the youths.

Renita Cardoza efficiently handled the role of Master of Ceremonies. 45 ICYM members were present at this meeting.

The election for 2025-26 was conducted by ICYM Mangalore Diocese President Winston Sequeira, Secretary Ashlin D'Souza, and ICYM Bantwal Deanery Representative Elvin D'cunha. The election went well.

The newly elected office bearers are:

- Roshan Sequeira Bambil - Vice President
- Rinie Sonam D'Souza Loretto - Lady Vice President
- Renita Maria Cardoza Nirkan - Secretary
- Riyana Lobo Modankap - Treasurer
- Primal Pinto Allipade - Amcho Yuvak/Pro
- Sneha Gomes Thodambila - Red Drop Representative
- Rolvish Fernandes Nirkan - Youcat/Sports/Cultural Secretary
- Arrol Jackson Sequeira Loretto - Immediate Past President

Everyone congratulated the newly elected office bearers.
