Gurpur - Kaikamba, June 16 : The ICYM-PYC Gurpur unit organised "IGNITE- To lead To serve To shine" Oath Taking Ceremony on 14th June 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Centenary Hall.

The dignitaries on the dais were:

* Rev. Fr. Rudolph Ravi D'Sa – ICYM-PYC Director
* Mr. Winston Sequeira – ICYM Mangalore Diocese President
* Mr. Romans Lobo – Parish Pastoral Council Vice President
* Mr. Johnson Lobo – Parish Pastoral Council Secretary
* Mrs. Hilda Menezes – Coordinator of the 21 Commissions
* Mr. Godwin Tauro – ICYM-PYC Animator

The ceremony commenced with a prayer song led by Ms. Jia Menezes and team. ICYM-PYC President Ms. Venisha Saldanha then welcomed the gathering.

The inauguration of the program was done by the dignitaries, and two new members joined together to light the ceremonial lamp. Following this, all the ICYM-PYC Office Bearers lit candles and took the Oath, which was led by Rev. Fr. Rudolph Ravi D'Sa.

After the Oath Taking Ceremony, Rev. Fr. Rudolph Ravi D'Sa delivered a motivational message to the youth. Mr. Winston Sequeira, ICYM Mangalore Diocese President, briefly explained the history, rules, and regulations of ICYM.

Heartfelt thanks was given by Ms. Viola Moras ICYM - PYC Secretary.
The ceremony concluded with the singing of the PYC Anthem.
The Master of the Ceremony was Reshma Sequeira. A total of 30 PYC members gathered for the event.
