Sagar, Aug 31, 2017 : "An ideal leader identifies, appreciates and nurtures the strengths of his followers" said Rev. Fr. Innacimuthu MSFS. He was addressing the leaders gathered for the Jubilee of Leaders on the occasion of the Post-Centenary Silver Jubilee Year of the Parish. Parish Pastoral Council members, Core Committees of Small Christian Communities, Office Bearers of Parish Associations participated in the event.

During the Thanksgiving Eucharist, all the leaders were installed at a meaningful oath-taking ceremony. Fr. Innacimuthu MSFS presided over the Eucharist and Fr. Venus Colaco preached on service and leadership.

After the Eucharist, the leaders gathered in the Hall. The Jubilee celebration was organised by the Women's Association. Fr. Venus Colaco and Mr. Francis D'Souza gave an input session to the leaders on their role in building the Parish. An attractive cultural programme was staged by the Women's Association. The programme ended with games and Lunch.
