Mangaluru, Mar. 23 : Edu-Ex 2021 an educational exhibition was held at St Theresa’s School on 18th March 2021 for the students of grades 6, 7 and 8. The students were encouraged to showcase static and working models. Various talents on creativity and innovation were brought out by the students. The objective was to inculcate scientific attitude and research mindedness.

Students made still models, working models, charts and posters relating to History, Geography, Science and Art. They also gave a detailed explanation of their models. The students came up with creative and unique ways to exhibit the various topics. The displays covered various topics on Geography – Physical features of India, Weather instruments, Types of rocks, Currencies and Flags of various countries and Global warming.

Science – Water cycle, Rain water harvesting, Best out of waste, 3R’s (Reduce, Recycle and Reuse), Neuron model, Digestive and Excretory system, Plant and Animal cell, Pollination etc.

The Principal Sr. Philomene Saldanha and Vice Principal Sr. Lourdes motivated and appreciated the students for showcasing their best innovative ideas and creativity. It was a wonderful experience for the students to present their ideas and connect it to the application of classroom learning . This exhibition helped the students to think out of the box and grow holistically.
