Mangaluru, Mar. 12: The Sisters of the Little Flower of Bethany Mangalore Province conducted day’s orientation for the Heads of the Educational Institutions of Bethany Educational Society Mangalore Province on 11th March 2021 at Sacred Hearts Hr Pry School Auditorium, Kulshekar.

Sr Cicilia Mendonca BS the Corporate Manager and Provincial Superior of Mangalore Province addressed the sisters on 7 C’s of excellence; namely clarity, competence, awareness of constraints, concentration, creativity, courage and continuous learning. She empowered the sisters and the administrative staff on the precision of administrative works which facilitates effective administration. Messer Lavina Caroline Bankin the resource person of the day, highlighted on the accounting manual and gave directions to maintain accounts accurately under correct ledgers with specific and clear narration. She familiarized the newly printed accounting manual.

Sr Flavia Wilma BS the Province Procurator addressed on annual Budgets. She explained about the enclosures and the presentation of the same. It was brought home to the participants that each one needs to strive at transparency and accountability with the financial and other human resources. Sr Rita Sharal BS voiced gratitude towards the organizers namely Sr Shubha BS the Province Coordinator for education and the Treasurer of BES Sr Sybil BS. The physical arrangement was done by Sr Lavita BS the headmistress of Sacred Hearts Hr Pry School Kulshekar. Sr Nadita BS compered the programme.
