Mangaluru, Sep 3 : St. Theresa's School celebrated Teachers' Day on 3rd September 2025 with great solemnity and grandeur, as the students of Grade II came together to honor their beloved teachers through a vibrant cultural programme.

The event commenced with a soulful prayer service, invoking divine blessings upon the teaching fraternity. This was followed by a beautifully staged dance drama that highlighted the timeless role of teachers in nurturing knowledge, values, and character. A lively dance performance by the young learners added color and enthusiasm to the occasion, filling the atmosphere with joy and gratitude.

The programme was graced by the esteemed presence of Dr. Reshma A. Shetty, In-charge of the Cytogenetic Division at K. S. Hegde Medical Academy, Nitte, as the Chief Guest. In her address, she inspired the gathering by emphasizing the invaluable contribution of teachers in shaping future generations and guiding students to become responsible citizens.

Adding to the spirit of the day, Principal Sr. Lourdes addressed the audience with words of encouragement. She reminded the students of the importance of respecting their teachers and appreciating their selfless service. She also commended the efforts of the young performers and extended warm wishes to the entire teaching faculty.

The celebration concluded with heartfelt applause and warm wishes, leaving behind cherished memories that reflected the school community's deep gratitude, reverence, and admiration for teachers.
