Moodbidri, July 15, 2025 : Green Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and joy by the little ones of Carmel School CBSE, Moodbidri. The day aimed to create awareness about the importance of greenery and taking care of our environment.

Children came dressed in beautiful green outfits, and the classrooms were decorated with green shawls, plants, and cut-outs of trees, leaves, and vegetables.

A short programme began with prayer song thanking God for the beautiful nature, followed by few rhymes on green vegetables and fruits.

Fun-filled activities such as coloring, leaf printing, and planting saplings were organized. Teachers explained the importance of plants and how they help keep the Earth clean and green.

The celebration helped children learn about nature in a playful and meaningful way. It was a day full of learning, joy, and love for Mother Earth!
