Allipade - Bantwal, June 25, 2025 : “Leadership is not about being in charge. It is about taking care of those in your charge.” – Simon Sinek

The School Parliament Election at St Antony English Medium School, Allipade was held with great enthusiasm and democratic spirit. The event provided students with a firsthand experience of the electoral process and the value of responsible leadership.

Nominees from various classes campaigned with confidence, presenting their visions and ideas to their peers. The election process was transparent and well-organized, encouraging active participation from students across the upper grades.

The voting was carried out in a systematic manner, closely resembling real-world democratic practices. Ballot boxes, polling booths, and proper voting protocols were followed, creating an atmosphere of seriousness and excitement.

The Headmistress addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of leadership, teamwork, and service. She encouraged all students—whether elected or not—to continue contributing positively to the school community.

The election not only highlighted the democratic values upheld by the school but also served as a platform for nurturing future leaders.
