Udupi, May 28 : St. Cecily’s English Medium Higher Primary School (CBSE), Udupi, hosted an insightful and transformative workshop on "Teaching Gen Alpha: New-Age Pedagogies" for its teaching faculty on 27th May 2025.

The event began with a reverent prayer invoking blessings for a fruitful learning experience. Ms Ashalatha introduced and welcomed the expert trainer Dr Nisha Singh, a renowned training consultant in the field of education. She also acknowledged Mr Sushmith from New Saraswath Publication House, New Delhi, the organizer of the workshop.

What followed then was a day filled with  power-packed inputs by the dynamic Dr Nisha Singh who captivated the teachers with her expertise and engaging delivery. She emphasized the unique traits of Generation Alpha students in today’s ever-evolving learning environment and highlighted some interesting and innovative pedagogical strategies teachers need to adopt to make learning more impactful, relevant, and successful. The workshop was highly interactive, featuring engaging activities, brainstorming sessions, and thought-provoking discussions.

The session concluded with a hearty note of gratitude expressed by Ms Ranjitha. The Principal, Sr Lathika A.C. too expressed her gratitude by presenting tokens of appreciation and gratitude to Dr. Nisha Singh and Mr. Sushmith.

The enriching workshop was truly inspiring and transformative, equipping the faculty with fresh perspectives and renewed energy to begin the academic year with confidence and innovation.
