Mount Carmel’s Angela DAlmeida wins Platinum Prize in the Universal Stars Music Competition

Mangaluru, April 23, 2024 : Angela Sarah DAlmeida, a grade 5 student of Mount Carmel Central School, Mangaluru has won the Platinum Prize in Vocal Music in the UNIVERSAL STARS MUSIC COMPETITION 2024-Season 1 in Junior category (8-10 Years).

Prior to this, she won the First Place with honours in the International Youth Music Competition held in November 2023 and will be performing at the prize winners’ recital at the Di Mienne Centre, New York.

She also won the Gold Prize in the BEETHOVINCI International Music competition 2024 in Vocal singing.

Angela Sarah DAlmeida is the daughter of Dr Vivian DAlmeida and Dr Joylene Almeida of Maryhill, Mangaluru.
