Mangaluru, Nov 12 : Sports and games are the most important events in school life. It not only cherishes students' lives but also helps them to grow around.

The inauguration of the annual sports day was held in St Lawrence English Medium School Bondel on 10th November 2023 in the school grounds. The national level football player Miss Christal Ann Pinto being the chief guest of the inaugural function hoisted the school Flag. She was honoured and felicitated for her outstanding achievement in football. In her motivational speech she said, " Winners never quit and quitters never win" therefore students should never quit in order to achieve.

The correspondent of the institution Rev Fr Andrew Leo D'Souza addressed the gathering and wished all the staff and students all success in the two days' sports event. Rev Father Peter Gonsalves the Principal, Rev Fr Lancy D'Souza the assistant parish priest, Mrs Ramya Shetty the Vice President of PTA were present at the program.
