Mangaluru, April 24 : St Agnes School CBSE organized an Enrichment Session for educators on the theme ‘From Good to Great Teacher’ on April 18, 2024. This initiative aimed to enhance the teachers’ capabilities and introduce innovative teaching methodologies. By emphasizing the importance of student needs and fostering an inspirational teaching approach, this session facilitated the educators in transforming into sources of motivation before the academic year concluded.

The session commenced with a fervent invocation of God’s blessings, setting the tone for something new and exciting. Fr Jacob Anil Dsa, the esteemed Director of DB YuvaSpandana (Youth Empowerment Service), captivated the audience with his wealth of knowledge, igniting a spark of inspiration. With a deep dive into the multifaceted realm of teaching, Fr Anil shed light on the pivotal roles educators play and the hurdles they face in nurturing student growth.

Amidst this enlightening discourse, the Vice Principal, Sr Lenita Lobo A.C., graced the gathering with a warm and gracious welcome, setting a tone of unity and collaboration. The session drew to a close with Teacher Velony expressing heartfelt appreciation to the facilitator and fellow educators for their unwavering dedication and active participation.
