As artificial intelligence continues to advance at a rapid pace, Pope Leo is urging global leaders in science and technology to ensure that innovation remains rooted in respect for human dignity and the common good. His message was a key theme at the Builders AI Forum, held at the Pontifical Gregorian University, where more than 200 experts, developers, and investors gathered to explore both the opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence. In his written remarks to the forum, Pope Leo reminded participants that AI “springs from the creative capacity that God has entrusted to us” and urged developers to create systems that reflect justice, solidarity, and reverence for life.
