From May 30 to June 1, over 70,000 people from 130+ countries gathered in Rome for the Jubilee of Families, Children, Grandparents, and the Elderly. Pope Leo XIV celebrated Mass, greeted pilgrims, and highlighted the family as the foundation of faith and peace. Events included a Holy Door pilgrimage, veneration of saints’ relics, and a family festival. Emphasizing intergenerational unity, Pope Leo praised grandparents and urged families to become “cradles of the future of humanity.”
