Nov. 25, 2025 : Rome has concluded another major Jubilee event — the Jubilee of Choirs — where Pope Leo XIV invited attendees to rediscover their ministry as one rooted in love and unity. Speaking to roughly 35,000 choristers, the Pope emphasized that sacred music is more than performance; it is a gift of humanity. In his address, Pope Leo said that the role of choir members is to draw others into praising God and to deepen their participation in the liturgy through song. He described their work as a true ministry requiring preparation, commitment, and a deep spiritual life, so that music becomes both prayer and a help to others in prayer.
