Moodbidri, Aug 11 : It was indeed a glorious day for the lovely 5 children of St Francis Xavier, Saverapura who received Jesus in the Holy communion for the first time during the holy mass on 10th August 2021 at 10 am.

Fr Francis Arun D'souza OP was the main celebrant of the mass, who preached a meaningful homily. Parish Priest Fr Prem Prakash Cutinha and Redemptorist Rector Fr Rakesh Mathias concelebrated the mass. The first communicants actively participated in the Liturgy.

Parish Priest Fr Prem thanked all those who prepared the children for the Communion and those who helped in smooth conducting of the liturgy.

Gathering was limited owing to Covid guidelines which were strictly followed during the celebration.
