Mangaluru, Jan 1 : After a year of the pandemic, which brought along with it, deaths, lockdowns, economic insecurities and anxiety, the world is set to make a new beginning in 2021. People across the globe bid adieu to 2020, and welcomed the New Year with hopes of happiness and prosperity. 

The teaching and non-teaching staff of St Raymond English Medium Hr. Pry. School Vamanjoor near here, came together to begin the year 2021, by lighting a lamp which creates an atmosphere of peace and harmony which bonds each of them. Furthermore, the teachers symbolically presented various symbols such as: book, pen, glass of water, sapling, vase and rainbow to start with new hopes, desires, expectations and New Year resolutions as deatiled below.

“As we embrace the upcoming year 2021, let’s promise to leave behind the negativity and difficulties that affect us, in order to start the New Year on a positive note. Leaving all the difficulties behind, we shall look forward to the future and work hard to achieve our dreams and ambitions for the betterment of our students”.
