The event, held on Sunday July 30, was a resounding success, bringing together food enthusiasts, culture aficionados, and supporters of local talent under one vibrant roof.

A Journey of Delectable Delights

The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the exquisite Mangalorean cuisine that took center stage. The MKC treated attendees to a diverse spread of traditional dishes, from the irresistible Bafat Pork and fluffy Sannas to the flavorful Chicken Kori rotti and mouthwatering Chana Tendli. Not to forget the aromatic Chicken Sukka, refreshing Beetroot salad, and the beloved traditional dessert, Vorn, which left everyone craving for more.
