Feast of the Triumph of the Holy Cross celebrated at Pamboor Parish

Pamboor, Sep 16 : The Roman Catholic church observes 14 September as the feast of Triumph of the Holy Cross. This feast is celebrated on the day prior to the feast of Our Lady of Sorrows. Servite Rosary is recited in preparation of this feast.

As Pamboor parish is dedicated to the Holy Cross, this feast is celebrated with great forever and devotion. A special Eucharistic celebration was held on 14th September 2023 at 5PM. The servite rosary was recited prior to the mass. The Euchairstic mass was celebrated by the parish priest Rev.F.r.Henry Mascarenhas. The liturgy was conducted by the parishioners in honor of the patron.

The parishioners attended the mass in large numbers. Fr.Henry conveyed his wishes to the parishioners and thanked the sponsors. Sweets were distributed to the attendees after mass.
