Mangaluru, Aug 17 : There is a need for a change in thinking, work and innovation of technology for future growth. One of the key requirements of the entertainment industry is lighting. From live to recorded broadcasting to theatre and music festivals, lighting is one of the most important aspects. On 15th of August 2022, Central Council members of ICYM Diocese of Mangalore and Executive committee members of Moodbidri Deanery visited and had an interaction session with Mr Ronald Silvan D’Souza, Executive Director, Leksa Lighting Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Ashwathapura near Moodbidri.

Youth leaders visited the company in order to plan a workshop for the youth to start such businesses and share the knowledge with others. A light show was also exclusively displayed for the youth to understand the scope of business even in the lighting sector. A group of 15 youth along with Rev Fr Ashwin Cardoza -Director ICYM Diocese of Mangalore, Anil Sequeira - ICYM Diocesan President, Nishal Preemal - ICYM General Secretary were present for the session.
