Mogarnad, March 4 : ICYM St. John Paul II Deanery along with ICYM Mogarnad unit organised an event "Skill and Thrill -2K22" on Sunday, 26th February 2022 at Mother of God Church Hall, Mogarnad. Motive of the event was to bring out the talents of the ICYM youths.

Programme was started with breakfast and Registration. Prayer Song was led by ICYM Borimar Unit.

Melroy, Unit president of Mogarnad welcomed the gathering. Fevisha Monteiro was felicitated for her achievement in Law and she shared her thoughts as well as upcoming diocesean programmes.

Jaison Crasta, President of ICYM Central Council Mangalore Diocese addressed the gathering. Noel Lobo , Animator ICYM Mogarnad unit motivated the youths. Pradeep Dsouza, Secretary ICYM Mogarnad Deanery rendered vote of thanks. 

The Programme began with the cultural competition. The morning session ended with Holy Euharistic Celebration followed by lunch. Thereafter games and activities  were conducted in order to understand the team spirit as well as lessons to not to give up in life.

The Closing ceremony was conducted with the presence of Rev Fr. Henry SFX, Deanery Director, Rev Fr. Aswhin Lohith Cardoza - Mangalore Central Council Director, Jaison Crasta - President of ICYM Central Council Mangalore Diocese, Sapna Gonsalves - Lady Vice President  , Anil Sequeira - Treasurer, Rakesh Rego - Joint Secretary were present for the programme. 

The programme concluded with a group photo as well by singing ICYM theme song. Championship was  bagged by ICYM Vittal unit and Runner up was bagged by Devamatha Youth Mogarnad unit.
