Bantwal, March 11 : In observance of the Lenten season, the ICYM unit of Sacred Heart Of Jesus Church  , Shamboor organized a serene and reflective Taize Prayer on Sunday, 10th March 2024, at 6:30 pm in the church. The prayer session, aimed at fostering spiritual contemplation and renewal, was organized by Fr. Roshan Dcunha and his dedicated team.

Guest Welcoming:  Sujai Lobo extended a warm welcome to all the gathered guests, setting a welcoming tone for the evening's prayerful gathering.

Distinguished Guests: The event was graced by the presence of several distinguished guests, including ICYM Central Unit President Mithesh Lobo, Vice President Lavisha, and ICYM Mogarnda Deanery President Praveen Dcunha. The esteemed Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Santhosh Dsouza, also joined the congregation, adding to the spiritual significance of the occasion.

The Taize Prayer, known for its meditative chants, repetitive hymns, and moments of silence, provided attendees with an opportunity for introspection and spiritual connection.
