ICYM Permannur celebrates Nativity Feast meaningfully

Mangaluru, Sep 13, 2023 : The feast of Nativity of Blessed Virgin Mary also known as the birthday of mother Mary was celebrated with utmost enthusiasm by ICYM Permannur Unit on September 8. In preparation for this, youth of ICYM Permannur unit distributed sweets after all the novena masses in the morning and evening for 9 days. They also helped in decorating the church for the feast. On the day of the feast, they distributed sugarcanes and helped in managing the crowd. The hard work of these young people was much appreciated by the parish priest and Director Rev Fr Cyprian Pinto.

They also put up the wishing banner and shared posters wishing a very happy feast. They cleared up the church premises in the evening and all members gathered together for Noven Jevan, where the youth enjoyed and played various games like treasure hunt and others. In all the preparations around 40 youth were present.
