Bantwal, Feb 20 : Indian Catholic Youth Movement Bantwal deanery organised "Sangeeth Sangam 3" on February 4, 2024, at 6 p.m. at Infant Jesus Church Ground Modankap in collaboration with LVL Tunes and Daijiworld media as a passionate initiative to make a positive difference in the lives of AIDS-affected children.

The performance began with well-known songs in several languages performed by the singers.

In between the concert, a short stage program was arranged where Sabitha Monis, Student Welfare Officer at Alvas Education Foundation , presided over as a chief guest along with Lawrence D’Souza, Fr Valerian D Souza- Vicar forane Bantwal Deanery, Fr Ashwin Lohith Cardoza-Director ICYM Mangalore Diocese, Fr Rahul Dexter D Souza-Director ICYM Bantwal Deanery, Sunil Veiges Vice President and Manohar D Costa Secretary of the pastoral council Modankap, Mithesh D’Souza – President ICYM Mangalore Diocese , Lavisha D’Souza, Deanery representative, were present on stage as guests of honour.

The stage programme was hosted by Venessa Moras .

Nihan Sequeira - President of ICYM Bantwal Deanery, welcomed the guests and gatherings.

Lawrence Dsouza addressed the gatherings and thanked Fr Rahul Dexter and for the opportunity and arrangements .

All the former presidents were honoured for their past service in ICYM Bantwal Deanery.

On behalf of ICYM Bantwal denary the dignitaries on the stage felicitated Sabitha Monis for her achievements.

Fr. Rahul Dexter D. Souza, Director of ICYM Bantwal Deanery, expressed gratitude to Lawrence D. Souza for his admirable concept of Sangeeth Sangam 3, a way of aiding children suffering from AIDS.

All of the singers received congratulations and gratitude for taking part in the event afterwards.

The known singers included Iqbal Katipalla, Zeena Periera, Joshal D’Souza, Fareedh, Joel Attur, Nester D Souza, Deepak Pinto, Valentina, and Samatha Mascarenhas.

Following the short stage program, the young performers recommenced the concert with great enthusiasm and carried it through.

The Program ended with a great Success.
