Mangaluru, March 26, 2023: Finance Committee and Cultural Committee of St Lawrence Church, Bondel jointly organised a beautiful and meaningful drama 'Emmaus' written by Rev Dr Alwyn Serrao which was enacted in the open ground of St Lawrence English Medium School on March  26th at 6.45 pm.

On this occasion, Parish Priest Rev Fr Andrew Leo D’Souza congratulated all the actors and their team with a flower bouquet and thanked the parish Finance Committee and Cultural committee.

Theme of 'Emmaus' play :

Any failures, setbacks, challenges can push humans to the thought of ending one's life. It's easy to end life, but living is difficult. We may think that everything comes to an end with suicide but that's not the case. The suffering of the person might come to an end, but that of the loved ones remains forever.

The award winning play 'Emmaus' throws a light on the importance of life and value of living.
