RYM & YCS units of Rosario Cathedral hold 'Aqua Fest', Carrom & Chess Competitions for parishioners

Carrom and Chess Competition 2k22 :

RYM and YCS conducted Carrom and Chess competition for all the parishioners of Rosario Cathedral on 12st August 2022 with the program starting at 9:30am. Rev. Fr Alfred J Pinto, Parish priest of Rosario Cathedral was the chief guest in the presence of Vice President Of PPC Mr Gilbert DSilva , RYM Animator Mr Philip Pereira and Sr Celine D’Sa.

RYM President Mr Leroy Crasta welcomed the gathering and then Sports secretary Mr Shruthan Dsouza took the guest to the Carrom Board for the Inaugural. After the inaugural the Chief Guest Fr Alfred gave his message. The vote of thanks was delivered by YCS member Winola.

Aqua Fest 2k22 :

RYM and YCS conducted Aqua Fest 2k22 for all the parishioners of Rosario Cathedral on the same day with the programme starting at 3:30pm. Vice President of Parish Pastoral Parishad Mr Gilbert D’ Silva was the chief guest in the presence of RYM Animator Mr Philip Pereira and Sr Celine D’sa. RYM President Mr Leroy Crasta welcomed the gathering and then Sports secretary Mr Shruthan Dsouza took the guest to hit the pot for the inaugural.

After the inaugural, the youth conducted the events to all, and they made six groups and played according to the groups. The winners were awarded with the medals. Carrom and Chess winners were also given the prizes. The concluding ceremony was presided over by the Parish Priest Rev. Fr Alfred J Pinto, Fr Vinod Lobo and the members of youth central council.

After the programme, there was a rain dance where all took part and made the event a grand success. There were almost 100 participants for the Aqua Fest 2k22.
