Mangalore, July 15 : The Milagres High School located in the heart of Mangalore, Celebrated sixty years of its existence at a grand function on 15th July, 2014.

The inauguration of Diamond Jubilee was held in the School auditorium with Most Rev. Dr. Aloysius Paul D’Souza as the Chief Guest.

The School Correspondent Rev. Fr. Valerian D’Souza, The college Principal Fr. Francis Xavier Gomes, Assistants Fr. Sunil D’Souza & Fr. Santhosh Lobo, Parish Council Vice President Mr. Ivan D’Souza, Secretary Mr. savil Mascarenhas were also present for the celebration.

Apart from this the School faculty and students, many alumni and retired teachers were present.

His Lordship the Bishop delivered an inspirational address and released the new logo.

Sixty colorful balloons were released by sixty students to commemorate the event.

Fr. Francis Gomes welcomed the gathering and Vice-Principal Mr. Avith Paul Barboza proposed a vote of thanks. Mrs. Beulah Rego compered the programme.
