Kasaragod, May 25 : To commemorate the silver jubilee of St Thomas Church Kollangana, the parish ICYM unit took the initiative to install an electric pulsator within the church premises. The pulsator with an expense of INR 1,40,000/- was inaugurated on May 14th 2023 by Rev. Fr. Rithesh Rodrigues, the Kollangana parish priest and ICYM unit director. This significant milestone coincided with the church's Silver Jubilee celebrations, specifically on the day of 'Confraternity Sunday and Religious Day.'

The necessary funds for this project were raised through the successful organisation of the 'Silver Jubilee Trophy,' a Mangalore diocese-level inter-parish cricket tournament held at the Kollangana Church Ground in February.
