Nativity feast celebrated with Traditional meal at Alangar Church

Moodbidri, Sep 21 : ICYM Alangar unit along with Catholic Sabha Alangar celebrated Nativity Of Mary Feast and Traditional Meal on 10 September 2023 at Holy Rosary Church Hall.

The program began with the welcoming of the gathering. President of ICYM Alangar Rayanal Rodrigues introduced the guest of honour Rev Fr Walter Dsouza the parish priest, who gave a message on the importance of that particular day. The members of several committees were also present on the dais. Short entertainment program and games were conducted by the members of ICYM and prizes were distributed.

The Parish Priest blessed the meal with a prayer and a meal was served to the gatherings. Many of the members of ICYM took an initiative to prepare a particular dish at home which was necessary for the feast. The program went on well and concluded on time.
