ICYM Alangar in collaboration with Lions Club conducts Free Health Check-up camp

Moodbidri, Sep 15 : ICYM Alangar unit in collaboration with Lion’s Club Moodbidri conducted a free health check up camp on 10th September 2023 at Mount Rosary Hospital, Alangar.

The program began with a stage program. ICYM members conducted the prayer service and the program began with the lighting of candle. The Emcee introduced the guests to the dais. Guests included parish priest of Holy Rosary church Rev Fr. Walter Dsouza, The superior of Mount Rosary Hospital Sr Precilla Dmello, ICYM Animator and President Mr Ivan Dsouza and Rayanl Rodrigues , Dr Swapna and other guests of honour. Fr Walter gave a good message on health and its importance.

The check up was held from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm in the afternoon. Many of the people nearby including non catholics got benefit by this program and also got discounts in other medical treatment. ICYM alangar unit coordinated with Lions Club Moodibidri and rendered volunteer service in the program.
