Friendship Day Celebration at Alangar Church

Moodbidri, Aug 10 : Indian Catholic Youth Movement Alangar Unit along with Young Catholic Students Alangar Unit and Youth Commission of Holy Rosary Church Alangar organised Friendship Day on Sunday 6 August 2023 after the 1st mass in the church mantap.

ICYM President Mr. Rayanal Royce Rodrigues welcomed the gathering, later he explained about how to put on the friendship band and give the gifts to others. Parish Priest Rev Fr. Walter D'souza, Church Secretary Mr. Anil Lawrence D'cunha, Convener of 21 Commissions Mr. Rajesh D'souza and Mr. Vincy, Convener of Youth Commission were present for the program. Fr. Walter D'souza and Mr. Rajesh D'souza spoke about the importance of Friendship Day.

It was concluded by a vote of thanks by Secretary Ms. Steffi Miranda. The program was conducted under the guidance of Animator Mr. Ivan Pinto and President Mr. Rayanal Royce Rodrigues. More than 30 youths were present for the program. The program went on very well.
