Moodbidri, April 9 : Easter Vigil was celebrated with devotion and fervor at Holy Rosary Church Alangar on the eve of April 8, 2023. Fr Leo Lasrado Director of Vocation promotion was the main celebrant. Guest priest Fr Deepak Noronha and Fr Walter DSouza the parish priest were present.

The celebration included

• Rite of blessing the fire and Easter Candle
• Liturgy of the word
• Rite of blessing the water
• Baptismal renewal
• Holy Eucharist

Faithful in large numbers participated in this holy rite and received divine blessings.
