Mangaluru, July 3 : Udyam Saathi – An Entrepreneurial Launchpad was successfully inaugurated at St. Joseph Engineering College, Vamanjoor, Mangaluru on 1st July, 2023. The initiative, in association with Rachana Catholic Chamber of Commerce & Industry, is aimed to nurture the next generation of catholic entrepreneurs from Mangalore and Udupi dioceses.

An orientation program for all registered participants of this initiative was conducted on 1 July 2023 at 9:30 am in the Spoorthi Hall at St Joseph Engineering College. The initiative was inaugurated in the presence of Mr Vincent Cutinha, President of RACHANA, Rev. Fr Wilfred Prakash D'Souza, Director, SJEC, Dr Rio D'Souza, Principal, Rev. Fr Kenneth Crasta, Assistant Director, Mr Jeevan Saldanha, CEO -Spectrum Industries, Mr Louis J Pinto, Convenor, RACHANA EDC and Mr. Charles Pais, Governing body member, RACHANA. Dr. Prakash Pinto, Dean-MBA, Mr Rakesh Lobo, HR Manager, SJEC,Dr Binu K G, Convenor of the Event were also present on this occasion.

The inaugural program was followed by the orientation sessions by Mr. Roy Castelino and Dr. Madhukar S M and concluded by panel interaction with the registered participants.
