Mangaluru,  Oct 17 : Rachana, the Catholic Chamber of Commerce held a talk on Law of Succession and Inheritance by Adv. David Pais on 16 October 2022 at Eden Club.

Adv. Pais explained various laws involved in this matter. He informed that making a death will is advised and better than having complications after one's death.
He also explained how we Catholics are bound by Indian Succession Law and how it works. Adv. David also in detail explained the ratio of inheritance to spouses, children and immediate family members. How gifting property works.
It was a very informative and interesting session.

Program began with a prayer. Rachana President Mr. Vincent Cutinha welcomed the gathering. C. A. Rudolph Rodrigues introduced Adv. David Pais to the gathering.

Rachana secretary Mrs. Lavina Monteiro proposed vote of thanks. Member Royston Pinto compered the program.

There were almost 70 members and family members, invitees and guests present. Meeting ended with Dinner.
