Sr. Anna Maria, physician of Fr. Patrao Hospital, Puttur speaking on the occasion said, health does not mean only physical health, it also includes mental health too. The present time is too hectic and no one has time for relaxation which takes a toll on the physical as well as the mental health. It is one’s own responsibility to keep the physical and mental health. Sr. Anna Maria enumerated the importance of the healthy food and habits which keep our body and the mind fit and clean like avoiding junk food, taking ample rest etc.

Rev. Fr Antony Prakash Monteiro, the Principal, presiding over the function remarked, women are the source of inspiration and energy of the family. They have immense responsibility. In fact, father and mother both have a lot of responsibility and they are like two wheels of life. Both of them have to take equal responsibility for the family and such families will progress. The stress will spoil our total health.
