Mount Carmel Central School emerge Winners in the 12th James Naismith Interschool Basketball Tournament

Mangaluru, Aug 31, 2022 : Mount Carmel Central School in the city won numerous trophies in the 12th James Naismith Cup, a Basketball tournament organized by the Mangalore Basketball Club in association with the Dakshina Kannada District Basketball Association at the U.S Mallya Indoor Stadium, Mangaluru.

The Senior boys’ team won the Winner’s Trophy, while the senior girls’ team bagged the Runners up Trophy.

The Primary girls’ team secured the Champions Trophy and the Primary boys’ team won the Third Place.

The synchronised efforts of Mrinal Lasrado of grade IX, Mythili Nayak Manel of grade IX and Rochelle Marie Lobo of grade VII brought them the Best Player award in the senior boys’, senior girls’ and junior girls’ categories respectively.

The management and staff congratulate the students for their super vigour accomplishment.
