Vamanjoor, Nov 7 : St. Raymond's P U College, Vamanjoor in association with Lion's Club, Kodialbail, Mangalore organized a Career Guidance Programme for the students of Commerce and Arts Stream on November 4, 2023.

Pro. Ronald Pinto, Director of Institute for Individual Development, Mangalore was the Resource Person of the day. In his talk Sir gave a brief introduction about the career opportunities in the field of Commerce and Arts. He emphasized on various ways to opt for the career depending on the capabilities and potentials. Sir highlighted the ways to focus on each one's career and the efforts to be put in to make that dream true.

Mrs. Asha Nagaraj, Zonal Chairperson, Lions Club, Mangalore motivated students to be confident and communicative in Life, besides hard work, time management and focus on the line opted are important aspects to be taken care of.

Rev. Sr. Anita Lydia BS, Principal, St. Raymond's P U College, Mr. Suraj Acharya, Secretary , Lions Club, Kodialbail were present on the dais.

It was a very informative day for the students. Mrs Harinakshi, Lecturer in Commerce , anchored the event. Mrs. Savitha Menezes, Lecturer in Economics introduced the resource person. Mrs. Riyona, Lecturer in English welcomed the gathering. Ms. Prajna Fernandes, Lecturer in Statistics proposed the vote of thanks. Program was well organized under guidance of Sr. Anita Lydia, Principal and the staff Coordinators.
